And How Are You, Dr Sacks? SourceBook
Monday, Mar 02, 1987
This SourceBook accompanies my book And How Are You, Dr. Sacks?, providing full transcripts of interviews and facsimiles of some of the letters and other sorts of texts referred to or else radically excerpted therein and noted, in that text, with an SB superscript. In the case of the letters, not all are included but of those that are, many of them may include my own inked-in comments or underlinings. The page numbers below refer to the page numbers in the August 2019 Farrar Straus hardback edition of the book. In some cases, a more readable transcription of a letter is provided along with the copy of its original. All citations are hyperlinked to the document in question. The final link is to a complete copy of the SourceBook.
